ABOUT US

I am a first generation Haitian American, and food equates to love in our family. So even though I wasn't always hungry, my parents would force-feed me until I was so stuffed that I could barely move. As a result, I grew up with a really messed up relationship with food.

After the birth of my son, I weighed the most I ever had in my life. And it wasn't just because of all the baby weight –I was carrying around all the emotional baggage from my own childhood too. I knew that if I wanted to change the trajectory of my family's karma, I needed to change my health. 

 

I used to struggle with my weight a lot. I would try all sorts of different diets and workout plans, but I never seemed to be able to stick with them for very long. And the worst part was that I wasn't really any closer to having a healthy body.

It wasn't until I dedicated myself to healing from the trauma in my past that things started to change for me. And once I began studying nutrition, I finally understood what it takes to have a healthy body. It's not about starving yourself or working out until you're exhausted- it's about making small changes that you can stick with over time.

 

It was hard in the beginning, but eventually it became a habit. And not only did it help me lose weight, but it also gave me more energy and made me feel way better emotionally too. Now my son can see that food doesn't have to equate to love –it can just be food. And that's a lesson that will stay with him for life.

 

I'm now a coach, helping others achieve their fitness goals. I know what it's like to feel like you're struggling with your weight, and I want to help you break through that barrier.

I can show you how to make lasting changes in your life, so that you can be happy and healthy. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it.

Group Fitness Classes: Our group fitness classes are designed to provide a supportive and fun environment for participants to work towards their fitness objectives.


Fitness Assessments: We conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to create tailored workout plans for each customer.
Nutrition Counseling: Our fitness experts provide nutritional guidance to complement exercise routines and help customers achieve optimal results
